Permagard Customers Can Now Request Quotes Online
October 20, 2026(Sugar Land, TX – October 19, 2026) Permagard® has partnered with Prime Appearance, one of its largest certified applicators in the United States, allowing customers to request a Permagard application service online.
Permagard is the preferred paint protection system applied by Prime Appearance and was developed with aviation safety and operating requirements in mind. It is broadly approved by aircraft OEMs as a paint protectant and used by Prime Appearance within OEM, MRO, FBO, and personal hangar environments.
“Offering an industry-leading warranty against the dulling and oxidation of your aircraft’s paint, the Permagard program provides long-term protection with less maintenance along the way,” Jay Gregory, SVP of Operations for Prime Appearance, explained. “We recommend Permagard to our customers because it enhances surface clarity and provides a deep, high-gloss finish. Importantly for our customers, it can be applied with little downtime, once per year, maintaining the aircraft’s availability.”
The approximately 4-micron protective layer is designed to work with aircraft paint and approved composite surfaces without adversely affecting heat-management or static-dissipation requirements. It helps preserve paint thickness, allowing the paint to fulfill its primary role of protecting the substrate. With proper maintenance, the program is designed to support a paint protection cycle of up to five years, allowing aircraft paint to last up to 15 years.
“Prime Appearance is one of Permagard’s largest aircraft applicators in the United States, with more than 50 locations and mobile teams reaching more than 200 airports across the country,” explained CEO and Founder of Permagard, Luc Lefebvre d’Argencé. “We are excited to leverage their scale, backed by their dedicated safety, training, and quality support teams, to make it easier for our customers to schedule applications. Our newly launched U.S. Application Network landing page links to Prime Appearance’s online quote request form, allowing customers to request pricing in just two clicks.”
In the United States, Permagard applications through the U.S. Application Network are performed by Prime Appearance technicians who have completed Permagard’s proprietary training and certification program.
