Charlotte has held roles including SVP of Operations for Signature Flight Support, and SVP of Marketing and Customer Service for Landmark Aviation. She boasts more than 25 years of leadership, operations, integration, marketing, and customer service experience and earned her BS in Business Administration.

Jay has more than 20 years of aviation experience with most of his career being spent at NetJets in various leadership roles. He served as their Director of Procurement, Director of Global Quality & Service, Vice President of Business Operations, and Vice President of Maintenance Production, before taking on the role of Vice President of Service Hub Operations in 2017. This role makes him extremely qualified to take on oversight of our Service Hub operations. Jay earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University where he also earned an Executive MBA. He is a Six Sigma Blue Belt and holds his private pilot license with instrument rating and complex endorsement.

 

Logan is a United States Navy Veteran with more than a decade of aviation experience. He began his career as an Aircraft Detailer and quickly moved up the ranks, taking oversight of our BQK location within two years of hire, followed by a promotion to Director of our SAV operation, which is our largest and most complex operation. He has since held both operational and training leadership positions in his time with Prime Appearance, most recently in a senior role overseeing multiple operations in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and the Carolinas and serving as our primary liaison with Gulfstream.

Charlie has more than 20 years of management experience with most of his career spent overseeing aviation operations. Most recently, he held the roles of Area Director for Signature Flight Support and Regional Vice President for Landmark Aviation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business at Southwestern University and holds a commercial pilots certificate.

John Craft brings over 20 years of experience in the aircraft appearance industry. He began his career in 2002 with Piedmont Hawthorne, later part of Landmark Aviation, leading aircraft detailing operations. In 2006, he joined Immaculate Flight and played a key role in expanding it into the nation’s largest privately owned aircraft detailing company before its acquisition by Prime Appearance in 2025. John has held multiple leadership roles—including VP of Sales and President—building expertise across operations, training, and sales.
