Charlotte has held roles including SVP of Operations for Signature Flight Support, and SVP of Marketing and Customer Service for Landmark Aviation. She boasts more than 25 years of leadership, operations, integration, marketing, and customer service experience and earned her BS in Business Administration.
Kevin has more than 30 years of aviation experience, starting his career as an Aircraft Mechanic for Cessna Aviation. He went on to hold management and director level roles for both Cessna and Gulfstream, overseeing service centers and customer program management before joining Prime Appearance in an operational leadership role. Kevin studied at Kansas City Metropolitan Community College and Pepperdine University. He holds several pilot ratings in addition to a Lean Six Sigma certification.
Jerad carries more than 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, holding operational leadership and fleet management roles with NetJets Aviation and Hawker Beechcraft Services. While at Hawker, he worked in production and was also an Aircraft Mechanic. Jerad is a veteran of the United States Air Force, earning a Purple Heart, Army Commendation and Air Force Achievement Medal during the course of his service.
Todd has more than 20 years of management experience, with a focus on aviation, strategic sourcing and quality. He has held roles including Director of Strategic Sourcing and Global Director of Strategic Sourcing and Commodity Risk Management. More recently, he served as Vice President, Fleet Programs & Refurbishment for NetJets. He holds a Bachelor's in International Business and Economics from Ohio State University.
PJ has more than 30 years of management experience, holding multiple management positions with UPS over 15 years before taking a role within the aviation industry in 2006. Since then, he has overseen aircraft appearance operations as Vice President for Sharp Details, now Prime Appearance. PJ graduated from the University of Maryland.
