Charlotte has held roles including SVP of Operations for Signature Flight Support, and SVP of Marketing and Customer Service for Landmark Aviation. She boasts more than 25 years of leadership, operations, integration, marketing, and customer service experience and earned her BS in Business Administration.
Jay has more than 20 years of aviation experience with most of his career being spent at NetJets in various leadership roles. He served as their Director of Procurement, Director of Global Quality & Service, Vice President of Business Operations, and Vice President of Maintenance Production, before taking on the role of Vice President of Service Hub Operations in 2017. This role makes him extremely qualified to take on oversight of our Service Hub operations. Jay earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University where he also earned an Executive MBA. He is a Six Sigma Blue Belt and holds his private pilot license with instrument rating and complex endorsement.
Jerad carries more than 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, holding operational leadership and fleet management roles with NetJets Aviation and Hawker Beechcraft Services. While at Hawker, he worked in production and was also an Aircraft Mechanic. Jerad is a veteran of the United States Air Force, earning a Purple Heart, Army Commendation and Air Force Achievement Medal during the course of his service.
